Trump Towers in Sisli is set to become the newest landmark in the city centre of Istanbul. We speak to Anthony Khoi, President of Cenor Group and Cefic Turkey, and Tony Phillipson, of FYP Project Development, about the exciting new development.
Trump Towers Istanbul will be the first Trump Towers in Europe and once complete also one of the largest buildings in Europe standing at an impressive 155m (508 ft) tall. With two conjoined towers rising in Mecidiyekoy, one of the city’s most vibrant areas, the property will capture the utmost in luxury, architecture and design
They will comprise of two 39 and 37-storey towers above a 43,000 sqm innovative shopping mall. The residence block includes 205 condominiums of 88 different Trump 2types and residents will be able to enjoy a full service spa and fitness centre, an indoor pool, a 24-hour doorman, a business centre, and a vast range of additional amenities. The residential tower will feature the expansive layouts, meticulous eye for design and lavish finishes synonymous with the
Trump name.
The 37-storey office tower will include 86 offices of various dimensions and will offer commercial luxury at its finest, with a private entrance, a beauty centre, fitness area and pool for those working in the building. The towers and retail facility will rise on an area of 23,370 sqm on the European side of the city, and have a total construction area of 259,974 sqm.
The towers are located on the crossroads of the main boulevard and major city centre bus station and benefits from direct access to the metro line. As well as the two towers which rise on a five floor retail facility, the project also comprises a six-storey subterranean car park with parking space for 2,800 vehicles.
