Burlington Stores has signed lease for a 30,500sq ft space at the centre that was vacated by Modell’s in 2020 and Gloss Nail Bar & Lash closed on a 3,500sq ft space.
Post Road Plaza sits across the street from a BJ’s Wholesale Club and serves high-income Westchester residents as well as customers from the nearby Bronx.
“Reaching full occupancy at Post Road Plaza is a terrific milestone that speaks to the strength of this property and the enduring appeal of the Village of Pelham Manor market,” said Matthew K. Harding, CEO of Levin Management Corp. [LMC], the leasing and managing agent for the 257,000sq ft, open-air centre. “We’re proud to welcome Burlington to the centre and to mark our third Burlington transaction this year,” he said.
At the end of 2025’s second quarter, Burlington Stores reported that it operated 1,138 locations in 46 states, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico.
Other tenants at Post Road Plaza include Dave & Buster’s, 24 Hour Fitness and HomeGoods. Michaels held its grand opening at the centre last month.
