            RITUALS BETS ON RETAIL AND PLANS A DOZEN

            NEW OEPNINGS IN SPAIN IN 2022


             Rituals,  the  Dutch  fragrance  and  cosmetics  chain,  is
             heading for 100 of its own stores in Spain and estimates a
             dozen openings for the brand in 2022, thus replicating its
             2021 expansion figures.
              “During the last year we have opened 10 new stores,
             executed  two  closures  and  carried  out  10 relocations
             of  existing  establishments  to  larger and  better located
             premises,” explains Raquel Álvarez, Director of Marketing
             and E-Commerce of the chain, to FashionNetwork.com.
              “In 2022 we are once again planning a large investment
             in opening our own points of sale. The idea is to repeat the
             figures for 2021,” explains Álvarez. Rituals, which closed
             last year with 87 single-brand stores and 19 corners in El
             Corte Inglés, will have almost a hundred of its own spaces
             by the end of this year, according to its forecasts.
              As it stands, the brand now has a presence in almost
             thirty markets and has more than 700 points of sale.
