The architecture firm 10 Design has announced the official opening of Sungang MixC Market Hall in Shenzhen, China.
The scheme is positioned in a former industrial zone and the retail-gastronomy destination now offers an immersive gastronomic experience under one roof. MixC Market Hall has been designed to create a lifestyle complex around food and dining. The opening marks an important milestone in the ongoing transformation of Sungang, acting as a catalyst to drive urban regeneration in the area.
This new scheme offers 78,890sq m of retail and F&B dining space, whilst the two office towers provide an impressive 102,320sq m of workspace. As part of the regeneration of the district, the overall masterplan also includes residential and serviced apartment towers, resettlement housing and public amenities.
