Experience Abu Dhabi, the destination brand of the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT), has announced a calendar of experiences ahead of the holidays.
From 28-30 June, residents and visitors will find plenty of options to celebrate across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra.
Eid festivities will kickstart the “One Summer Isn’t Enough” season at various indoor theme parks, inspiring cultural sites and other unique attractions, which can be unlocked with the Abu Dhabi Summer Pass.
Waterfront fireworks will be displayed in Abu Dhabi Corniche, Yas Bay Waterfront and Al Hudayriyat Island on 28 June from 9pm to 9.10pm.
Saudi singer and composer Rabeh Sager will perform hit songs including, “Ana Ahebbak”; “Lateman’an” and “Tasafahni” on 30 June at Etihad Arena, Yas Island.
Meanwhile, there will be a Big Eid Lunch at Sidekicks – The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, Yas Island, from 28 June to 2 July 2023, from 1pm to 4pm.
In Al Ain visitors are invited to discover a lush garden city with the emirate’s oldest permanently inhabited settlements and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Filled with expansive greenery and lush and ancient oases, tourists can stroll along shaded pathways and visit historical forts, archaeological parks, charming camel markets and vibrant souks with authentic Emirati culture and crafts.
