The store will remain shut until further notice and the store needs to be fully sanitised before reopening to customers.
Although the store is temporarily closed until further notice, customers can still shop online with the offer of free, contactless delivery and access the Apple Support service for assistance or help with any products and services.
According to a mall representative the store has remained partially open and is only accepting one customer at a time. They say: “They have one door open to assist customers who have paid and will be collecting their items. These are the only services they will do for these three days because they need to sanitise the full store.”
The brand currently has three stores in the UAE, at Yas Mall, The Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates.
