Customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait will now be able to enjoy delivery of the brands products.
The American luxury department store first launched into the Middle East in 2010, with a bricks-and-mortar store located at The Dubai Mall. After receiving positive feedback from the market, another store was opened at 360 Mall in Kuwait. Now, following the recent popularity surge of e-commerce offerings, is the perfect time for the brand to launch their online store and delivery service for consumers to enjoy.
The online store intends to offer a “dedicated omni-channel department store” experience while the website “replicates the store’s multi-category shopping experience.” Customers will be able to peruse the entire range of womenswear, menswear, kidswear, beauty, jewellery and home essentials across a number of luxury brands including Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen, Gucci, Balenciaga, Stone Island and Neil Barrett.
Shoppers in Kuwait and the UAE can opt for a two-hour click and collect option via one of the bricks-and-mortar stores. Customers in the UAE can also utilise the brands same-day delivery offering whilst customers in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia have access to express shipping services.
