The urban and youth fashion brand Blue Banana continues to expand its commercial network with the opening of its first store in Galicia.

Located at number 4 López de Neira Street in Vigo, it is a 72sq m premises that employs four workers. With this inauguration, the brand reaches 11 of its own establishments, to which are added its outlet and its corners in El Corte Inglés. Blue Banana is committed to ad hoc interior design for each of its stores and in the case of its first store in Galicia it seeks to underline the connection of the territory with the sea.

The company frames this operation in the development and execution of its omni-channel strategy. Along those same lines, just a few days ago the agreement between the firm and the retail expansion consultancy Pangea was announced to open seven new Blue Banana stores in the first half of 2024.

Blue Banana was born in 2016 with unisex streetwear fashion as the axis of its proposal and the online channel as the main marketing channel. Economically, its forecasts for this year are to reach 17 million euros in turnover, after placing its sales at 12.7 million euros last 2022, thus registering a growth of 74 per cent.
