The renovation of Los Llanos will begin in 2022 and will modernist the commercial area whilst also improving the customer experience.
The works will begin with a focus on the pavement, ceilings and lighting whilst all of the floors within the centre will be resorted to give them a more modern appearance. In this space, it is intended to optimise the space as much as possible, betting on space and light, providing greater comfort for shoppers and workers.
Meanwhile, the new Urban Planet Space will span more than 1,500sq m and will offer a large catalogue of activities for all ages and audiences. The offer will include everything from climbing walls to a large trampoline area.
Meanwhile, appealing to a young audience, Juguetilandia, the network of toy stores with around 60 points of sale throughout Spain, will open an establishment of 1,300sq m, consolidating Los Llandos as a perfect place for the whole family.
