The new shopping destination, which occupies the area formerly known as ‘Corti di Baires’, has opened just in time for Christmas shopping.
The project, for mixed residential and commercial use, was developed by Mark Capital management, a company operating in the real estate sector, which redeveloped the former ‘Corti di Baires’ area that had been abandoned for over five years, on the corner of Corso Buenos Aires and Via Petrella.

The commercial component of the project will include six medium-sized surfaces for a total of 8,000sq m, will bring new brands including Nike, Maisons du Monde, Esselunga and Decathlon. Kryalos Sgr acted as Mark’s advisor at all stages of the process.
“When planning Corso Buenos Aires 59, we carefully considered the area and noticed the lack of large and versatile commercial spaces in what is one of Milan’s most important shopping streets,” said Peter Evans, Mark’s Senior Vice President.

“Ba59 was created to give new life to Corso Buenos Aires, the main street for Milanese commerce. The grandeur and ambition of the project quickly turned into reality, meeting the interest of some of the most important international brands, despite the pandemic period and related restrictions,” highlights Giambattista Camellini, Partner and Managing Director Retail Advisory by Rustioni & Partners.
