Bayfront will be located on the northern part of Al-Khobar’s beach, spanning over 100,000sq m from the shore and a 1,600sq m island.
Saudi Arabia‘s Ajdan Real Estate Development Company has signed a contract with Al-Muhaidib Group to develop Bayfront, a lifestyle destination that will also be the kingdom’s first blue flag-certified project.
“The project offers a variety of retail, a mix of upper casual and fine-dining restaurants as well as leisure and recreational features that are suitable for families and visitors to get away and enjoy beach life on the stunning east coast,” Al-Muhaidib Group’s Senior Portfolio Manager Abdul Qadir Al Muhaidib said.
“We will follow the Blue Flag requirements to increase the quality of services in the project’s facilities and enhance the region’s beach experience by developing an extraordinary destination to attract visitors to Al-Khobar,” Ajdan Real Estate Development Company’s Chief Executive Officer Mohammed Al-Otaibi said.
