Winter is here and if you’re looking for things to do in Dubai this October, then one of the top bars in JBR has opened its doors on a brand-new terrace. District, the swanky bar found at the Rixos Premium Dubai in JBR, has now swung the doors open on its gorgeous winter terrace, and it’s promising some amazing views out over the Arabian Gulf.
Not only does it have ocean views, but you can also gaze over to Bluewaters and Ain Dubai as the whole island lights up at night. Not a bad spot for a sundowner and, thanks to those new, huge windows, its “Sundowner Session” every day between 5pm and 9pm become a special spot for watching the day’s light beautifully spiral away and the 50 percent off already affordable drinks and nibbles makes it feel all the more worthwhile, it has to be said.
There’s also a ladies’ night every Tuesday, where you’ll get three free drinks and the option of two courses for Dhs99, and live music every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
