BSBG opens new office space in London

rewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) has officially
launched its new London office, located on Kingsway
in Holborn. The Dubai-based architecture group
Bentered the London market in 2017, in a second
international expansion following on from the launch of an Asia
office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 2016. The new office
launch party was held on 13 June 2019, with many of BSBG’s
international senior management team attending, joined by a
selection of clients, colleagues and media from across the UK.

The London office operates alongside Dubai and Ho
Chi Minh City, establishing BSBG in a key new territory for
the group, providing high-end design and delivery solutions,
serving local clients, supporting international projects and
pursuing new opportunities across Europe. BSBG is currently
working in the role of lead consultant on two hotel projects in
the UK’s capital, with additional opportunities in the residential
sector currently in early stage discussions.

Chris Brown work closely with Iain Strudley, BSBG London
Office Manager, to bring a wealth of experience in delivering
high profile international projects with a focus on ensuring the
BSBG standard of design and delivery is executed and primed
for the London market.
Andrew Bereza explained that the exemplary new office
space in Holborn provides BSBG with the ideal base from
which to serve the group’s UK and European clients. “The
office is a first-rate, modern and creative space in a prime
area of London,” Andrew said. “We’ve built a fantastically
passionate group of people here in the UK working as part of
our global team, and with the new office they have a dynamic
and inspiring environment within which to work.”
Office Manager Iain Strudley has been responsible for
establishing the group’s presence in London, and he is
equally optimistic about the potential impact the group can
have in the UK. “The BSBG reputation for highly efficient,
technical design and delivery positions us very well to have
a positive impact on the market here in London,” Iain stated.
“What’s more, our expertise in delivering a wide variety of
prestigious developments across sectors, including hospitality,
