Citystars’ brief for its flag-
ship Katameya project was
to build on the success of
its forward-thinking, retail-
focused, mixed-use projects;
envisioned as ‘The Birth of a New Star’. Their ap-
proach is based on the premise of a “live, work,
play” ethos, embedding the retail component as
the driver of connection between those various
activities and central to the experience of place
within a vibrant community. Conveniently located
on the Ring Road in New Cairo, east of the old
city, the development provides a mixed-use alter-
native to the detached villa nature and isolated
multi-residential nature of the majority of proj-
ects in New Cairo City. As such, it positions itself
as a hub of activity. Citystars Katameya, is set to
establish a new benchmark in this market, not
just in Egypt, but across the region.

CITYSTARS, KATAMEYA, CAIRO Grand Park Sports Campus, located in Westfield, Indiana, is a 400-acre sports complex
that has significantly influenced the local community and the sports industry since its
inception in 2014. Keystone Group, led by owner and developer Ersal Ozdemir, is lead-
ing the development of the Grand Park District Master Plan, a visionary blueprint aiming
to enhance and expand the existing facilities. Transforming this district into a complete
live-work-play-stay destination will catapult Westfield into an internationally recognised
world-class destination. The plan includes a proposed 10,000 seat stadium, amenities like
hotels, apartments, office space, restaurants and retail which will further drive economic
growth, improve quality of life and increase tourism, job creation and housing availability.
