UAE businesses and entrepreneurs can now set up stores at Festival Plaza within weeks via the ‘check-in and trade’ service at the centre in Dubai.
UAE businesses and entrepreneurs can now utilise ‘ready to lease’ opportunities at Festival Plaza, Dubai. The move is part of Al-Futtaim’s efforts to support both home-grown and international businesses, to expand their footprint.
“Festival Plaza’s ‘Ready to Lease’ units are commercial spaces that will give prospective tenants and businesses the flexibility of adding final finishing touches and furnishings to a white box space without having to bear the cost of large overheads or full fit-out expenditures,” an emailed statement said.
“Over the past few years we’ve seen exponential growth in online retail shopping and sales. However, this has not hindered the traditional shopping experience, with consumers looking to spend time enjoying the simple pleasures that they did not have access to for a long period of time,” Al-Futtaim Malls’ UAE General Manager Hayssam Hajjar said.
