Manchester Arndale is delighted to announce that leading UK trainers and apparel retailer Footasylum has signed a 20-year lease renewal, further cementing its commitment to the North West’s premier retail destination.
The retailer will upsize to an extended 17,000sq ft space, creating a newly refitted flagship store designed to enhance the customer experience and showcase the brand’s full offering. This expansion reflects Footasylum’s success at Manchester Arndale and the centre’s reputation as a key destination for fashion and lifestyle retail.
Footasylum’s recommitment demonstrates why leading brands, including other recent arrivals such as Arc’teryx, Alo Yoga and ProDirect, continue to invest in the centre’s high-quality units, recognising the value of well-located retail spaces in driving customer engagement and long-term growth.
