The new virtual reality video game experience is making a Chicago Western Suburbs expansion to Fox Valley Mall in Aurora.

Owned by Centennial, Fox Valley Mall is anchored by Macy’s and J.C. Penney and their entertainment offering consists of a 50,000sq ft Round 1 Bowling and Amusement Centre. In an effort to enhance their offering, the mall has welcomed virtual reality video game experience, Thingamajiggz.

Thingamajiggz offers an expansive choice of single and multi-player experiences that range from action to adventure to travel. It’s most popular games include Arizona Sunshine, Half Life Alyx, and Super Hot VR. Guests will pay $30.48 for half hour of playing time and $52.50 for a full hour.

“It’s entertainment taken to a whole new level that allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the experience, and that’s what attracted us to Fox Valley Mall,” said Thingamajiggz Owner David Jordan. “This shopping centre has a vision for its future, and entertainment is a significant part of that vision.”
