The commercial park, located in Camargo boasts around 21,000sq m of GLA as well as 800 parking spaces.
Managed by Gentalia and developed by Citygrove, the new Bahía Real Commercial Park boasts a collection of first class operators including, Mercadona, Ocine, Sports Direct, Pause & Play, Basic Fit, Maisons du Monde, Millby, JYSK, Eggo Kitchen, Tíanimal, Muerde La Pasts and KFC, some of whom are making their debut into Spain for the first time.
“The project has had a fantastic reception, despite the unusual year we have experienced. So far we have signed more than 97 per cent of the SBA, so we hope to reach 100 per cent occupancy shortly,” commented Director of Leasing, Gentalia, Gonzalo Gómez.
