H&M’s fashion brand Cos has opened its first store in India, located at Select Citywalk Mall in New Delhi, marking its latest expansion into the South Asian market.
Designed entirely in-house, the store blends textured architectural details with sustainable materials to create a warm, contemporary atmosphere.
The facade features Armourcoat clay lime plaster, which Cos says develops a natural patina through interaction with water minerals during application.
Meanwhile, its flooring features terrazzo tiles by Grassi Pietre, composed of 90 per cent recycled material, with hand-tufted wool rugs by Kasthall.
Inside, ready-to-wear and accessories are displayed on aluminium railing systems and recycled shelving by Smile Plastics, complemented by a sculptural table from Paper Factor, made using recycled cellulose fibres and natural pigments.
The space also incorporates a curated selection of furniture from global design houses, including the Scarpa 925 chair by Cassina and Karakter, Resident’s Offset coffee table, Bon Bon lamps by Helle Mardahl, and the iconic Pumpkin sofa by Pierre Paulin for Ligne Roset.
