The initiative kicked off yesterday and it means that Inditex has begun the collection of online returns from Zara in Spain.
Spain joins other countries in which the flagship brand of the Galician group had already begun to apply this measure, including all European markets.
Specifically, Zara informs customers on its website that they can change or return items for free at any of the stores in the country/region where they made the purchases. However, the brand of the group founded by Amancio Ortega warns that changes and returns at home will cost 1.95 euros as of yesterday.
