The Canadian outerwear brand has announced the forthcoming opening of its US flagship store, situated in New York City.
Located in the SoHo neighbourhood, the store is set to open on November 23 and it will be the brand’s first standalone boutique outside of Quebec. The store has been designed to reflect the brand’s Montreal spirit and has been created by architecture studio Atelier Barda. Occupying an area of 4,000sq ft, the store takes distinct inspiration from Montreal’s winter climate, with a white domed room that showcases the brand’s collections.
The new boutique will also present Kanuk’s latest Fall/Winter collection and will display a range of new pieces from functional puffers to micro-floral prints. Furthermore, the store will also provide a transitional collection for milder weather.
