KITH Chicago spans two floors and retails the brand’s in-house offering and additional apparel, accessories, footwear and lifestyle goods for men, women and kids and an all-new Kith Treats.
Designed by founder Ronnie Fieg with architect Ben Porto of Porto Architecture, the store’s first floor space features dark walnut millwork and a coffered ceiling and houses Kith, additional brands and footwear for men.
Belvedere flooring complete with Montclair Danby marble bordering meets monolithic caseworks displaying Kith’s lifestyle accessories, with jewellery on one side, while the other side features men’s footwear accompanied by custom Mark Jupiter walnut benches.
A staircase made of the same dark walnut and Montclair Danby leads to the second floor, where visitors are met with a large gallery wall featuring over thirty curated photographs from local artists showcasing Chicago’s cityscape. Shoppers will find collections for women, footwear and Kith Kids, featuring a lighter space that contrasts the men’s floor.
Displayed against the large store front windows is women’s footwear, which faces a room dedicated to women’s handbags and accessories. The store offers a Kid’s Room and Kith Treats with dedicated seating for visitors to partake of the brand’s cafe goodies.
To commemorate the opening of Kith Chicago, Kith has also created a special capsule of apparel and accessories, comprising tees, hoodies, crewnecks and headwear, as well as some collaborative Asics models.
