Originally launched in 2007, now, nearly two decades later, the store has been redeveloped and redesigned, entirely done by its in-house design team.

The new aesthetic accentuates cool Tokyo style, but continues to embrace Le Labo‘s retail design codes which are marked by contrasting elements, such as roughness and refinement, but also warmth and understatement.

While the base of the original interior design has been retained, new accents and volumes have been added, notably cedar wood. The warm natural material is captured by façade panels, seating, shelving units, trays and display tables which offer a beautiful contrast to the abundance of understated stone slabs and concrete.

Putting Le Labo‘s signature blending lab front and centre, it has been moved to the ground floor, in full sight of shoppers who drop by and also passers-by, thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows. One floor up, more retail space with sinks can be found where shoppers can try out products, in addition to a seating area and a library. The revamped Le Labo boutique carries the full range of fragrances and all face, body and hair care products.
