Located at Pier 39 in San Francisco the new store occupies a space of nearly 7000sq ft.
Lids Sports Group is the largest retailer of hats in North America, selling approximately 28 million units per year across their 1200 locations. The group operates stores under a variety of names including Lids, Locker Room by Lids, Fanzz, Yankees Clubhouse Shops, Dodgers Clubhouse and Cardinals Clubhouse.
The brand has now opened their largest retail store at Pier 39 in San Francisco. This store is the brands eighth location in the city.
At the heart of the new Lids stores are the two customisation stations. Titled Custom Lids, these stations allow shoppers to add personal touches to their hats or jerseys to customise them. The store also features a Nike Zone and houses apparel and products from every major sports league and college in the country.
