Immersive attractions company Little Lion Entertainment is set to expand its national footprint with three new UK venues, thanks to a multi-million-pound funding package from HSBC UK.
Best known for its Crystal Maze LIVE experiences, Little Lion Entertainment will use the funding to support the launch of two sites in London, including a new central London flagship for the rapidly growing Arcade Arena concept and one in Northern England. The phased openings will take place over the next 12 months.
The business will use the funding to secure and fit-out the new locations, expand its creative and production teams and scale operations to meet growing demand for its globally unique live gaming formats. In addition to growing its UK presence, the expansion is expected to create up to 30 new local jobs at each venue.
Little Lion Entertainment anticipates a significant uplift in annual turnover as a result of the expansion, with projections indicating an increase of up to 50 per cent over the next financial year.
Tom Lionetti-Maguire, Founder and CEO of Little Lion Entertainment, said: “This funding is a huge vote of confidence in both our vision and the next stage of our journey. With the backing of HSBC UK, we’re supercharging our ability to create jaw-dropping, genre-busting experiences that continue to thrill and delight audiences across the globe.”
George Raven, Relationship Director at HSBC UK, added: “Little Lion Entertainment continues to break new ground in immersive entertainment. We’re proud to support the team’s next phase of growth as they bring their bold, creative experiences to even more locations across the UK. It is another example of HSBC UK supporting businesses with long-term growth.”
