All shopping malls and private sector businesses across Dubai from today will be allowed to operate at 100 per cent capacity. The news comes after months of facing a 30 per cent limit.
The announcement came from Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management and under the directives of Dubai Ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
These new rules arrive in Dubai in line with its gradual reopening as the city eases restrictions following lockdown and curfew measures in a bid to curb the spread of the coronavirus. Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan yesterday declared the city is “taking off again” as he shared an Instagram picture of a first class ticket on Emirates dated 1 June and headed to London.
