Dubai South launches South Bay Mall, a 200,000sq ft retail and lifestyle hub featuring 60 stores, dining and wellness spaces.
Dubai South Properties has announced the launch of South Bay Mall, the master developer’s first retail and lifestyle destination, strategically located at the heart of the Dubai South Residential District.
The new mall is designed to elevate daily living for South Bay residents while serving the wider community. Spanning approximately 200,000sq ft across the ground, first and rooftop levels, South Bay Mall will offer panoramic lagoon views, open-air walkways and a curated blend of retail, dining and wellness experiences.
The development will house 60 retail units, two anchor stores and a premium food hall, alongside extensive outdoor leisure areas. Additional amenities include a clubhouse, gym, spa, clinic and dedicated parking for more than 400 vehicles, all designed to create a seamless and vibrant community environment.
South Bay Mall will complement South Bay, Dubai South’s flagship mixed-use waterfront development, which features over 800 villas and townhouses, more than 200 waterfront mansions, a kilometre-long lagoon, over three kilometre of waterfront promenade, lush parks, a lake park and private beaches – forming a fully integrated and wellbeing-focused community.
