The luxury department store retailer has announced the launch of its new online hub “Your Neiman’s”.
Neiman Marcus is expanding its digital offerings with the unveiling of a new tool that has been created to help its customers gain access to the best possible Neiman’s store experience without having to leave the comfort of their homes.
“Your Neiman’s” is an online hub where guests can go to learn about and access a variety of offerings, included expanded styling services and experiences. The app allows customers to make personal appointments in-store, schedule curb side pick-up, learn about trends and designers during virtual events and engage via video with an expert “style advisor.”
