There are plenty of new developments planned for 2019 in and around Birmingham.
An epic new Primark is coming to the high street together with new shops planned for Bullring and The Fort too. What’s exciting for shoppers in 2019 is that there are lots of plans to redevelop shopping centres in suburbs like Northfield, Erdington and Sutton Coldfield.
Here’s what we’re looking forward to in 2019.
World’s largest Primark
The countdown is on for the launch of the world’s biggest Primark right here in Birmingham.
The Pavilions shopping centre closed in 2016 and it was hoped the epic Primark store would open before Christmas 2018.
However, delays meant it wasn’t ready in time. Hoardings have started to come down on the store, which will be known as Primark Pavilions following a deal thought to be worth £60 million, and it is hoped it will launch in Spring 2019.
