Topgolf management will make company history this week in the town that is famed in PGA history – Augusta, Georgia.

The company is set to this week launch its first single-level, open-air location in the US city that every year plays host to The Masters golf tournament, one of the four majors on the annual golfing calendar.

“We believe people are looking for new, responsible ways to get outside and enjoy themselves, and that is why we are thrilled to introduce our latest concept in Augusta,” said CEO Dolf Berle. The single-level location will host 36 climate-controlled hitting bays that will present guests with versions of top golf courses from around the world such as Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay and Spyglass Hill and St. Andrews to name just a few, but amazingly, there is no space for the Augusta National course.
