Trendy eye-wear brand, Pop Specs has officially opened its doors at Trinity Leeds yesterday, joining the centre’s vibrant retail line-up.

Located near Boots and H&M, the new Pop Specs store offers shoppers the chance to shop for trendy glasses. Combining style, comfort and speed, Pop Specs allows customers – with a prescription – to walk in, choose a frame and walk out in less than 20 minutes, thanks to its in-store lens cutting technology that scans, edges and fits lenses on the spot.

As the UK’s fastest-growing express eyewear brand, Pop Specs is transforming the optical shopping experience by making fashionable, high-quality glasses affordable and accessible, without long waits or high prices. Customers can choose from a wide range of bold, contemporary frames designed to match every personality and lifestyle.

Founded in 2020 by optical experts Lina Tejoprayitno and Daniel Barnes, Pop Specs was created to challenge the traditional eyewear market. In January 2024, the brand secured investment from Dragons’ Den stars Peter Jones, Touker Suleyman and Sara Davies, fuelling its rapid expansion across the UK. Since launching five years ago, Pop Specs has sold over 250,000 pairs of glasses and operates over 30 stores across the UK.
