After almost two years of reconstruction, PSN is reopening the modernist Grand Palace in Pardubice to the public. The company has created a modern department store that combines history with today’s urban life.
Grand was originally designed as a mixed-use centre to represent the dynamically developing city of Pardubice. PSN is now reviving this idea.
The new Grand will offer 29 units with more than 3,500sq m of space for shops and services. The main feature is a 760sq m food hall, complemented by a CineStar multiplex in the new Boutique Cinema format, a restaurant from the Together group under the new name Struhadlo and other brands.
A co-working space with a glass vault has also been created on the third floor, which connects work with the atmosphere of an architectural monument. It will be open to the public in spring 2026.
