QUEST Esports, one of the top eSports organisers in the Middle East and North Africa, has unveiled a magnificent Gaming District in Doha, as the company’s latest initiative to help residents as well as visitors who are in Qatar for the FIFA World Cup 2022™ explore the eSports culture.

The cutting-edge gaming facility, which is located on Sikkat Wadi Msheireb and faces the famed Doha Design District in Msheireb Downtown Doha, will be open daily from 10am to 2am, allowing visitors to enjoy an exciting gaming experience in the heart of the city and compete like a professional player.

The launch of the project by QUEST could not have come at a better moment as the Gulf country is now hosting the world’s largest sporting event. The organisers are expecting the football fans who travelled to the country will take advantage of the activities and contests scheduled in the Gaming District for the days ahead.

QUEST CEO, Elie Honain, welcomed gamers and visitors to the District to learn more about Doha’s gaming industry while they were in Qatar for the World Cup. “We scheduled the launch of the Gaming District to capitalize on the fact that the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ is attracting sports enthusiasts from all over the world. This is consistent with our objective of promoting esports, which is experiencing an unprecedented development phase in the region. This is a great opportunity for us to show the entire world the significant progress we have accomplished in the thriving industry,” he said.
