A multi-million pound refurbishment of leading London hotel, Apex London Wall, has been completed, with guests set to enjoy a warm welcome in luxurious surroundings within the city.
The investment has seen all 89 bedrooms and public areas transformed within the boutique hotel, alongside the launch of brand new restaurant, Off The Wall Bar & Grill, located in the heart of the capital and nestled on the quiet street of Copthall Avenue.
Off The Wall Bar & Grill is one of Apex Hotels’ brand new dining concepts which takes inspiration from the land, sea and field to offer diners a vibrant and diverse selection of dishes using a charcoal Josper grill and oven to intensify flavours.
London Wall Hotel is one of the first within the group to unveil the new concept and it will be introduced to other hotels across the portfolio in the New Year.
Guests can enjoy the sophisticated and stylish surroundings whilst choosing between the all-day dining menu or the set menu, which is priced from £19.50.
Aliaksandra Jos, General Manager of Apex London Wall Hotel, said: “Thanks to the incredible location, closeness to public transport and the plethora of attractions, the seven figure refurbishment will ensure our guests enjoy Apex’s signature warmer welcome in stylish and modern surroundings.
“The new look of the restaurant is impressive and we are so proud of the outcome. We are really looking forward to welcoming both visitors from the area and further afield to enjoy our new and enhanced dining offering within the city.”
The renovations at London Wall are part of the £15 million pound refurbishment programme from Apex, which has seen its Edinburgh, Dundee and other London hotels completely refurbished.
