The fresh salad chain, which is described as a QSR industry disruptor that offers fresh, nutritious, convenient and affordable meal options, is opening its newest location tomorrow.
The new store is set to feature a variety of salads, wraps and breakfast items, as well as hand-crafted lemonades, tea, coffee and cold brews. To further drive customer engagement, Salad and Go has created a QR code-based social media contest via Instagram giving local customers the chance to win free Salad and Go for a year.
Salad and Go is also using the new store to play a bigger role in the well-being of the community. For example, the company plans to donate all salads made during training at its Tulsa location to the city’s Iron Gate Soup Kitchen. Additionally, the company will prepare approximately 750 salads for those in need throughout the community, according to a company statement.
“Salad and Go is… proud to bring our mission to new communities as we continue expanding across Oklahoma,” said Charlie Morrison, CEO of Salad and Go. “Tulsa area residents can expect high-quality, nourishing meals and service with an unwavering commitment to the community.”
The Tulsa location follows up another Salad and Go milestone — the company opened its 100th location in June in Las Vegas. This was the chain’s 20th new location for 2023.
Both stores coincide with Salad and Go’s rapid expansion plan — the brand has nearly quadrupled in size in less than three years. Salad and Go attributes this growth to its ability to foster strong local partnerships, source ingredients locally when possible, and vertically integrate operations and distribution — all of which contribute to lower operating costs.
