The second edition of Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie is taking place at Le Gourmet, Galeries Lafayette, Dubai Mall, with more than 60 exhibitors on-site.
Dedicated to those who share a passion for chocolate and pastry, the much-loved show gathers together professional chocolate tasters, chocolatiers, chocolate aficionados, authors and pastry chefs for a rich programme of chocolate-inspired events. From 18 to 20 May, more than 5,000 visitors are expected to attend the show.
Around 40 pastry chefs from the top hotels in Dubai are sharing their tips and recipes with visitors over the course of three days and 50 chefs are competing live for the chance to win a trip to Salon du Chocolat Paris. The competition categories include Best Pastry Showpiece, Best Chocolate Showpiece, Best 3D Cake Design and the Elle & Vire Cheesecake Competition.
