Selfridges’ flagship store on Oxford Street, which will open on 15 June will offer a ‘joyful experience’ as high street retailers look to entice people back into stores after the global pandemic.
The new joyful experience will allow personal after-hours shopping trips, online beauty appointments and also entertainment for people queuing outside.
“We will be bringing a little bit more life and a joyful experience for customers who come to our stores,” said Meave Wall, the stores director of Selfridges.
