SEVEN Abha will feature eight distinct attractions, including a family entertainment centre with arcade games, world-class rides and virtual reality areas.
A subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), SEVEN, has announced the establishment of its fifth entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia, marking the first in the Aseer region. Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Chairman of Aseer Development Authority (ASDA), witnessed the momentous occasion.
With a significant investment of over SAR1.3bn, the strategic location of the entertainment destination lies between Abha and Khamis Mushait, in close proximity to Abha International Airport. Spanning an expansive area of 64,000sq m, the development boasts a built-up area exceeding 79,000sq m.
Gensler, a renowned global architecture, design, and planning firm, has meticulously crafted the architectural design, drawing inspiration from the ancient stone buildings indigenous to the Aseer region. The design aligns seamlessly with The Urban Code of Aseer Region, which prioritises excellence in urban planning, design, landscape, and architecture while preserving the region’s identity.
