Set to be located in Jazan, the flagship destination will span over 60,000sq m with entertainment and recreational facilities.
PIF-backed Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) has announced a $346M entertainment destination in Jazan. The destination will span 60,000sq m with 73,000sq m of built-up space, offering entertainment and recreational facilities.

Alfanar Projects has been awarded the development contract and Gensler has been appointed to design the space.
