The brand’s newest café, restaurant and retail store concept is located at Harbour City in Hong Kong and occupies an area of 1,200sq ft.
Since The Coffee Academïcs launch in 2012, the brand has set the standards in coffee quality and exceptional coffee services. Their newest location in Hong Kong is a unique new destination for coffee, nature and lifestyle lovers and features an outdoor terrace and an indoor café that is inspired by a greenhouse and allows natural light to flow through the store.
The menu features the brand’s signature gourmet dishes, including Sunny Side Up French Toast, Croque Madame, Silk Handkerchief Pasta with Confit Egg Yolk and Wagyu Sandos with Black Truffle. Customers can also enjoy the brand’s signature espresso-based coffees including the Geisha Espressoda, Dirty Mocha and the Coffee Conette selection.
For the first time, The Coffee Academïcs Hong Kong store will feature an in-store micro-roastery where customers can customise their own coffee blends, roast them and taste them in a single experience.
