The outdoor brand’s new store is situated in the centre of the city at Königstraße 70, and customers will find the brand’s full range on three storeys in the 600sq m store.
The newly opened Stuttgart flagship store offers, amongst other items, products from the Summit Series, the Advanced Mountain Kit and the Trail Running category. Furthermore, the store boasts a selection of The North Face’s original heritage pieces which are on display. These special items include the mountain jacket from 1985 and the legendary Himalayan suit from 1994.
To celebrate the opening of the new flagship, the brand held a party with around 90 guests in attendance. As well as food and snacks, the opening party was accompanied by the music act Badchieff and The North Face Explorer and DJ Anna Reusch.
A further highlight of the evening was the start of the speaker series which saw one of Germany’s best alpinists, David Göttler talk about his journey, experiences and his insights into the details of his ascent of Mount Everest.
