Singaporean coffee chain Toast Box has opened a store at Rest Area Km 57, in Jakarta, its first under a partnership with Map Boga Adiperkasa (MBA) Group.
The opening marks Toast Box’s expansion beyond mall outlets in Indonesia and the implementation of its strategy to increase the brand’s reach across rest areas.
The store opened on 9 October, providing customers a convenient stopover while continuing to prioritise authentic Singaporean cuisine.
“The announcement and opening of this newest Toast Box store also strengthens the brand’s position as the premier destination for coffee, traditional kaya toast and delicious, warm-hearted dishes – a place where authentic Singaporean flavours meet the comfort of your travels,” said Anthony Mc Evoy, CEO of MBA.
The brand provides customers with the experience of the Nanyang coffee and toast culture, popular in the 60s and 70s.
