According to the company, work is moving at a steady pace on its $101M wellness project, The Vincitore Benessere in Dubai, which is expected to be delivered in 2023.
The project will feature a mix of units from studios to three-bedroom luxury apartments, all complete with facilities and amenities suited for those seeking the ultimate integration of luxury and wellness.
Vincitore Benessere will be the first project to include over 100,000sq ft of luxurious wellness amenities, including an island gym, lagoon pool, meditation room, a Zen garden, a botanical garden, aromatherapy, business lounge, soft jogging track, an all-sports terrain and other holistic wellbeing facilities.
