Wynn Al Marjan Nears Structural Completion

Wynn Resorts’ 305m tower at Al Marjan Island is approaching completion of the building’s structure, expected in late November 2025 as the UAE’s first integrated resort takes shape ahead of its 2027 opening.

In a recent construction update, the tower has reached the 70th floor with roof deck work underway while exterior progress continues at pace with 19,206 of 26,247 facade panels installed, representing 73 per cent completion.

Across the resort’s low-rise structures, combined concrete and steel works are now 97 per cent complete with exterior facades, interior fit-out and elevator and escalator installations also progressing.

Structural work is complete for 1,526 of the resort’s 1,530 planned accommodations, 99.7 per cent of the total inventory spanning rooms, suites, townhouses and Marina Estates.

Interior fit-out is underway in 1,504 rooms, approximately 98 per cent of total units as mechanical, electrical and finishing activities continue across the property.

The accommodation mix includes 1,217 resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, two Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhome and 10 Marina Estates across the 60-hectare site.

Wynn Al Marjan Island recently announced Coral Court, a 7,700sq m events and celebrations centre targeting weddings, galas and international gatherings. The venue features a column-free Grand Ballroom, six meeting rooms, private salons for bride and groom preparation, prayer rooms and an event lawn.

The resort also unveiled initial details of its dining portfolio. Among 22 planned restaurants, lounges and bars are an Alain Ducasse French-American steakhouse and Delilah, the supper club concept from Wynn Las Vegas developed with The h.wood Group. Both will incorporate design elements from Wynn Design and Development, led by President and Chief Creative Officer Todd-Avery Lenahan.
