The chic new dining concept is a woodfire restaurant that offers various woods from which to enjoy grilled meat, fish and more.
The exciting new dining concept is a collaboration between Atelier House Hospitality and Akmal Anuar, an acclaimed local chef at restaurants 3Fils and Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori fame. 11 Woodfire will be located on Jumeirah Beach Road, close to Mercato Mall.
Opening later this month, the dining venue will use various techniques and an array of wood types alongside globally sourced ingredients and produce to offer guests an exciting and unique menu. This will include an extensive selection of dishes including meat, vegetable and seafood options. Diners will enjoy exciting options such as wagyu kebab with fresh bread and truffle, Australian T-bone steak, king crab with lemon butter and sea bass with a hay salted crust and tamarind, to name just a few.
Renders of the space show that the restaurant will feature a large outdoor terrace with tall leafy structures and white stone finishing’s. Meanwhile the main venue will be located within a villa which has been converted into a modern low level dining room complete with a large arched window.
