The group’s shopping centres will deliver their unique Christmas campaign by offering a number of experiences that include digital features.

Ensuring that they stick to all the appropriate security measures, Merlin Properties are looking to keep the magic of Christmas alive this festive season despite the ongoing impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic. Children will be able to see Santa Claus and deliver their Christmas letters to him in person. For those customers who are more reluctant to visit shopping centres in the build up to Christmas, a video call option is available which gives children the chance to speak to Santa through this service.

As well as this, each centre will have a ‘Solidarity Wish Tree’ that will be illuminated as each person participates and shares their wish for this Christmas. Just by participating, customers are collaborating with a number of local entities as the shopping centre has made a number of donations to charities such as Red Cross,  Children’s Villages, Ronald McDonald House, Casal dels Infants, Payasospital, Fidias Foundation, San Francisco de Asis Welcome Centre and Mallora Sense Farm.
