The much-loved platform has launched its new e-commerce solution in support of local businesses in Singapore.

A dynamic marketplace on the platform, the TikTok Shop will allow consumers and creators to connect directly with brand and sellers. This brand new in-app feature was launched in Singapore as the country exceeded its potential as an e-commerce market, boasting a projected market value of as much as $11.45bn by 2025.

TikTok Shop will also be waiving the commission fee for all merchants, charging just a 1 per cent payment service fee.
