JFKIAT – the operator of Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy International Airport – together with its longtime partner Hudson, have announced the opening of three reimagined market concepts in T4.
Designed as immersive tributes to Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx, these new Hudson locations showcase the best of New York’s makers, artisans and cultural institutions, offering travellers an authentic sense of place from the moment they arrive at the terminal.
Terminal 4 is a key component of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s $19bn transformation of JFK Airport into a world-class gateway, which will include two new terminals, the modernisation and expansion of two existing terminals, a new ground transportation centre and an entirely new, simplified roadway network.
This initiative is part of JFKIAT’s North Star vision, a strategic plan developed in collaboration with airline and business partners to transform T4 into a world-class, passenger-focused destination. At the heart of this vision is a commitment to local connection – celebrating New York’s diversity, neighbourhoods and communities through food, beverage and retail offerings. These openings build upon JFKIAT’s recently announced line-up of New York-based dining concepts – including Eataly, Chopt, Boqueria and Villa Russo – further positioning Terminal 4 as a destination in its own right that reflects the diverse character and communities of New York City.
