Petit Jardin to Open at The Peak in Hong Kong

Founded in Shanghai in 1999, Jardin De Jade has earned its reputation through authentic Shanghainese flavours and heartfelt service. Over the years, it has expanded across major cities in China, becoming a pioneer of modern Shanghainese cuisine.

Its Wan Chai branch in Hong Kong was awarded One Michelin Star for 11 consecutive years, from 2013 to 2023. Building on the success to establish a Jardin De Jade branch in the Hong Kong International Airport, SSP Group, the leading global travel food and beverage operator, lands the subsidiary brand of Jardin De Jade – Petit Jardin at the Peak. With its grand opening on 27 November, the restaurant offers a unique dining experience of “A Taste of Shanghai – Contemporary Casual Dining”.

The restaurant serves a modern interpretation of Jiangnan cuisine, blending the essence of Huaiyang and Shanghainese cuisines to present contemporary casual dining. Signature dishes include Signature Jiangnan Gua Bao Platter, Shanghai Juicy Trio Assorted Xiao Long Bao, as well as a series of Creative Drinks and Chinese-inspired Cocktails.

Petit Jardin was founded in Shanghai in 2014 and now arrives in Hong Kong. It embraces casual luxury and offers freshly handmade dim sum, seasonal meat and seafood, classic rice and noodles and Chinese-inspired beverages, each thoughtfully crafted to showcase the rich variety of Jiangnan flavours. Located at The Peak Tower in Hong Kong, the restaurant offers comfortable setting for every guest to enjoy sweeping views of Victoria Harbour, making it the perfect place for both satisfying meals and leisurely gatherings with an elegant experience that delights both the palate and the soul.
