French luxury chocolatier La Maison du Chocolat has opened a new pop-up boutique at Lotte Department Store Main B1 in central Seoul.
The brand’s Korean expansion is being carried out in partnership with Bluebell Korea, a distributor known for managing a diverse portfolio of luxury and premium labels in the wider Asian region.
The collaboration brings La Maison du Chocolat’s refreshed branding and retail design to the Korean market, with the pop-up serving as a testing ground for future growth.
The boutique showcases a selection of the Maison’s offerings, including truffles, chocolate tablets, macarons and seasonal creations.
Founded in 1977 by chocolatier Robert Linxe, La Maison du Chocolat is currently led by Nicolas Cloiseau, who has served as its creative director since 2011.
The brand first entered the Korean market in 2015 with a boutique at Shinsegae Department Store’s main branch in Sogong-dong.
